What is it?
Similar to traditional talking therapy only clients walk outdoors whilst they talk to a therapist. This has a benefit for those who find it easier to talk doing another activity rather than talk face-to-face with a therapist. Bringing in all your senses as you walk, you connect to how your body feels and then become more aware of the world around you. Reflecting on feelings and behaviours, rather than just thoughts is a mindful practice and along with psychical activity aspect both have been proven as beneficial for emotional and mental well-being.

We offer long or short term wild therapy for adults and young people on various routes in the vicinity of Enfield, London. Please get in touch to discuss where you are based and which route would be more appropriate.
